By joining the club, I have authorized Molesini Wine Club to charge the credit card indicated in the registration according to the terms outlined below. This payment authorization is for the goods/services described in the registration, for the amount indicated on the registration, and is valid for this use only. I certify I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form.
EXPLANATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Molesini Wine Club will automatically charge your credit card for the amount selected on your registration form. The charge will originate through our online processor, within the first two weeks of the shipment month. We recommend contacting your credit card company to alert them of the upcoming online transaction.
- In the US, someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for wine club deliveries.
- We reserve the right to change or amend the Molesini Wine Club at any time and you will be notified, in writing, of any and all changes.
- Please notify us promptly of any address changes to avoid misdirected wine shipping charges. Charges incurred with recovery of wines to an old or incorrect address will be the responsibility of the member.
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used by Molesini S.A.S. and Savor and Cellar LLC and will not be sold or shared with anyone in accordance with our company privacy policy and GDPR data processing policies.
- You may cancel your membership after the purchase and delivery of your first wine club shipment. All cancellations must be submitted to rachel@molesiniwine.club at least 2 weeks before the first day of the shipping month. Cancellations received within the two week window will be honored after the shipment that is already in process.
- Shipments processed prior to the cancellation are nonrefundable.
- Upon delivery of the shipment, all risk and title shall pass to the Member and the Member shall bear the risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the goods from such time.
- In the event that the shipment is damaged or lost during transit, the Member must, within 14 working days of delivery of the goods, provide rachel@molesiniwine.club with notice giving reasonable details of any such alleged damage or loss. The Member acknowledges and agrees that no claim whatsoever shall be accepted by Molesini S.A.S. or Savor and Cellar LLC for any damage to, or partial loss of, the shipments which occurred during transit where notice is not provided within this period.
