Starting in 2021, we began a special collaboration with Cortona resident, Sally Uhlmann! She now spends her time creating recipes (all of which have been tried and approved by Marco) for our Molesini Wine Club members. Her first cookbook, Just Cook with Sally, includes a chapter filled with pasta and pizza recipes from her travels through Italy. Sally is a good friend of the Molesini family and, not surprisingly, they bonded over their mutual love of food and wine. Each wine shipment comes with one of our custom selected Italian recipes. You're welcome to access and download our previous recipes using the files found on this page.
Each club shipment includes tasting notes for the wines coming your way. You're welcome to view, download and share our previous tasting notes and recipes. The tasting notes kept here are for the current 2024 club year. If you would like copies of the notes from older shipments, please send an email to rachel@molesiniwine.club.

In the US, an adult of 21+ must be present to legally provide a signature and receive the wine shipment. In countries other than the US, the age requirement is 18+.
Shipping is free for wine club members worldwide! Free shipping applies to all wine club shipments. It also applies to any additional wine orders, as long as the average bottle price is at least €30 ($36 USD). A shipping surcharge of €50 for every 6 bottles will be applied to orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we can ship to all US states except Utah.
Your credit card on file will be charged within the first two weeks of the shipping month. You will be notified of the upcoming shipment at least one week in advance, thus giving you time to update your shipping or billing information before your order is processed.
Any changes in contact information, shipping address or payment information should be updated in your online member account. Please note that changes must be completed before the 1st of the shipping month. For example, if your next shipment is in June, then any changes must be in the system by May 31 to ensure they are captured before your order is processed.
Premium & Collector members are able to fully customize their shipment. Signature members are asked to accept Marco & Paolo’s selections and can not customize their wine club shipment. Members of any tier may add wines to their wine club shipment and will receive free shipping as long as a minimum of 6 bottles are added.
You will receive tracking information once the wine has left our wine shop. From that time, it takes roughly 2-3 weeks to arrive to the US & Canada. It takes roughly 1 week to arrive to members in Europe. The tracking information and delivery date will be updated once the wine has cleared customs. Once your wine is in transit we cannot re-direct it in any way.
For US Members: the carrier will make three delivery attempts. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, your shipment will be returned to a UPS or FedEx warehouse and you will be responsible for the cost to reship the wine.
In the rare event that a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact rachel@molesiniwine.club within 10 business days. We ask that you provide as much information as possible about the damaged or lost shipment, including photos when applicable. We will then take care of replacing the wines at no cost.
Yes, we allow you to pause your membership for up to six months. To pause your membership, please email rachel@molesiniwine.club.
If your upcoming wine club shipment is scheduled for delivery during your vacation, a move or other circumstance that keeps you from your home, we can accommodate by holding your wine in our storage for up to 3 months. For this to apply, we must be notified of your dates before the wine has shipped. Once you have returned, please notify us so that we can release the shipment for delivery.
You may cancel anytime after your first shipment. Please send an email to rachel@molesiniwine.club to cancel. The cancellation must be sent at least two weeks before your next shipment month, otherwise the cancellation will apply to the following shipment. If you prefer to pause your membership for 6 months instead of cancelling, we would be happy to accommodate you.
Due to Brexit, the UK will now be charging a 20% UK duty on the value of any wine purchased outside the UK + £2.08 (≈ €2.37) per bottle for alcohol tax. However, you have been historically paying 22% EU VAT on your wine club shipments, which will now be removed from the price of any shipments from Italy. Thus, the total amount you pay for your shipments has not changed. The only difference is the process in that we will charge your credit card on file for the reduced wine club shipment and then you will pay the balance in duties to FedEx. You will be contacted by FedEx directly with information on how to pay the applicable amount once the wine has reached the UK.
